These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Motivance Media website and any services Motivance Media provides to you. By using this website or engaging our services you agree to these Terms. Motivance Media is a remote digital marketing agency serving clients nationwide. The party contracting with you is identified in your signed proposal or service agreement and on each invoice. 1. Services

Motivance Media provides digital marketing and growth services, which may include website and landing page development, branding and creative, local SEO, email marketing, lead generation campaigns, CRM and automation setup, and ongoing marketing management. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees for each engagement are set out in a written proposal or service agreement ("Agreement"). If these Terms and an Agreement conflict, the Agreement controls.

2. Proposals and acceptance

Information on this website is for general description only and is not an offer. An engagement begins only when both parties have signed an Agreement and any required deposit has been received.

3. Fees, deposits and payment terms

• Fees are stated in each Agreement in US dollars.
• Website projects: a 50% deposit is invoiced after the Agreement is signed. The remaining 50% is due after the agreed review and approval stage, before final delivery or transfer of project files.
• Other one-time projects: generally a 50% deposit and a 50% final payment, unless the signed Agreement specifies another arrangement.
• Monthly services: billed monthly in advance, on a month-to-month basis unless the signed Agreement states otherwise.
• Invoices are issued manually after approval and paid through our approved payment provider. Motivance Media does not store card details.
• Advertising spend, software subscriptions, stock assets, domains, hosting and other third-party costs are not included unless the Agreement says so.
• Late payments: invoices have a seven-calendar-day grace period after the due date. After that, and after written notice, work may be paused until the outstanding invoice is paid. No automatic late fees are charged.

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals and the materials listed in the Agreement (for example logos, copy, images and account access). Delays in providing these may move timelines. Please never send passwords by ordinary email or form; we will provide a secure method for granting access.

5. Revisions and scope changes

Each project includes two reasonable revision rounds within the original agreed scope, unless the Agreement states otherwise. Additional revisions or changes to the agreed scope require a separate written quote and your approval before work begins.

6. Delivery and contractor fulfillment

Motivance Media may use vetted independent contractors to perform parts of the work. Motivance Media remains responsible to you for the services described in the Agreement and reviews work before delivery. Contractors receive only the information needed for their assigned tasks and are bound by confidentiality obligations.

7. Results

Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control. Motivance Media does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, revenue or other results.

8. Intellectual property and portfolio

On full payment, you own the final deliverables created specifically for you, except third-party materials (such as fonts, stock images, plugins or platforms), which remain subject to their own licenses. Motivance Media may retain its pre-existing tools, templates and know-how. Motivance Media displays client projects, testimonials, logos or results only with the client's written permission.

9. Cancellation

Cancellation and refund terms are described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy and in each Agreement.

10. Confidentiality

Each party will keep the other's non-public business information confidential and use it only to perform the engagement.

11. Limitation of liability
