How engagements work

A clear path from first conversation to delivered work.

Every Motivance Media engagement follows the same steps, so you always know what happens next, what we need from you and when work begins.

  1. 01

    Consultation request

  2. 02

  6. 06

    Specialist assignment

Your project is led by Motivance Media and, where appropriate, assigned to a vetted specialist contractor who receives only the information their work requires.

  7. 07

    Milestones and review

Progress is tracked against agreed milestones. Work is reviewed internally before it reaches you, then you review it within the revision rounds in your agreement.

    Your partReview and request revisions.

  8. 08

    Approval and final payment

Once you approve the final deliverables, the remaining balance (generally 50% for website projects) is invoiced as set out in your agreement, followed by launch, handover and a follow-up check-in.
